Rate is $111.00 per night + Tax\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>Code is SUVCW.<\/li>\n<li>Please contact the hotel at 615-751-5300 to make reservations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>A Registration Fee will be $40.00 per attendee (includes $10.50 for Medal) and must be made by 01 April 2021\n<ul>\n<li>The registration form is posted on the Departmental Website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.suvcwdepttn.org\/\">http:\/\/www.suvcwdepttn.org\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Lunch is available on an individual basis from several good restaurants within walking distance of the Heritage Center venue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>We are still awaiting final submission for Camp Awards as detailed in the previous Department Order #7, 2020-2021<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>All Department Officer and Camp Reports should be to the Department Secretary no later than 05 April 2021.\n<ol>\n<li>These reports are the annual status narratives and are not official Forms of the order.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, any Camp that has not submitted required National Reporting forms by Encampment may not be eligible to seat delegates at the Encampment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ordered this 12<sup>th<\/sup> Day of March 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">By order of: David.
