That commitment will come at a later date. We are not committing financial resources at this time.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Rejecting the proposal will end our pursuit of hosting a National Encampment at this time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I further order that Br. George Huttick, PDC, Chair of the Special Committee to Host a National Encampment make a copy of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.suvcwdepttn.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Propoal-Rev-1.pdf\">proposal<\/a> available on the Department Website, and to confirm the delegate counts for each Camp to the Camp Commanders via email no later than 5 November 2024. Past Department Commanders, Camp Commanders, Past Camp Commanders, Department Commander are automatically listed as delegates. Br.
